INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing Codelab Educare!
Codelab Educare provides you access to the Codelab Educare Terms and policy (defined below) subject to the terms and conditions described in this document (this “Terms of Use”) and any other guidelines. These Terms also include our Privacy Policy.

This page is used to inform website visitors, which include Codelab Educare learners, partners and other training partners who are enrolled in any of the Codelab Educare cohort-based learning programs, about our terms, which include data collection, cancellation, learning, refund and deferment policy.

APPLICATION

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that all information provided is accurate and complete. All applications will be reviewed, and Codelab Educare reserves the right to accept or reject them. If your application is accepted, we will send an email to notify you of your acceptance into the Academy.

COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA

At Codelab Educare, we collect learners’ data for internal purposes, including profiling and record-keeping. This data may include full names, social media handles, images, and videos. With your consent, we may use this information for various purposes, such as sharing success stories and other meaningful initiatives on social platforms and within our community.

CERTIFICATE AND BADGES

At the end of a Cohort, certificates are given to students who graduated with an average of at least 70% after assignments and capstone projects have been graded. Those who graduate as the “BEST GRADUATING STUDENT” of their Track or the Cohort are given badges.

 CHANGE OF TRACK

Learners can change tracks at the time of onboarding, which usually lasts one week, where they get to fill out the form “INTEREST FOR CHANGE OF TRACK.”  After the onboarding week, learners will no longer be able to change their learning tracks.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You can cancel whenever you can no longer continue the learning program. Refunds can only be made when the learner mistakenly paid the test payment more than once. In cases of verified refund qualification, refunds will usually take 2- three weeks. Besides these categories, once you have paid the application fee, you can no longer get a refund.

BREAKS AND DEFERMENT

Learners can go on breaks while learning in cases of severe occurrences that can last up to three weeks. For this break to be approved, learners must provide proof, and an email must be written two weeks before the break in cases of known circumstances and one day after the incident in unplanned events.

Postponement/Deferment in the academy is not available.

PROGRAM ACCESS

Learners can stay in their classrooms and access their learning materials for up to 6 months. Within these months, learners are free to download the learning materials for future use, and after these months, the learners will no longer be able to access the learning platform. Still, they can remain in the general community and consume general materials, benefits, resources and opportunities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials (Class Recordings and Slides), content, and intellectual property provided by Codelab Educare are protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written consent.


MODIFICATIONS

Codelab Educare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to learners.
